Refund policy

At HoBBy Card, we are committed to providing collectors with high-quality trading card products and a reliable shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review the following policy regarding returns and refunds.


Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 15 calendar days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in original condition

  • The product was purchased directly from HobbY Card

  • You provide valid proof of purchase

Due to the nature of trading cards, opened packs, individual cards, and tampered packaging are not eligible for return.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or damaged trading card products

  • Mystery boxes or blind packs

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

  • Gift cards or digital products

  • Pre-order items once shipped


Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at hobbycardgame@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. Wait for approval and return instructions from our support team

  3. Package the item securely and ship it to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or card provider


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery

  • Include photos of the packaging and item

  • We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on availability and issue severity


Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placement, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, email us promptly aT hobbycardgame@outlook.com
